Volume 5: 2012, pp. 39-58; ABSTRACT
Four young Norwegians plan and execute an expedition to cross Greenland on foot unsupported and in world record time. The author of the case was one of the expeditioners. His description of the expedition and his reflections on what he learned from the events of the expedition provide a deep and insightful perspective on what it takes to build a world-class team. Case analyses of the expedition usually turn up 25-30 key takeaways that comprise a rich outline of what is required to perform at the world class level.
