This case deals with an assessment of motivational practices of an Indian Public Sector organization. The case is a clear reflection of the gap between the expectations of the employees and the provisions made by the organization to keep them satisfied. An analysis of information shows that in spite of the best of the facilities provided by the company, the employees generally remain dissatisfied. This case brings out the issues related to the current theories of motivation and beyond.
