Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico
Volume 7: 2012, pp. 161-180; ABSTRACT
Business education institutions face increasingly complex internal and external challenges driven by factors such as globalization, technology evolution, and orientation of business education. This paper analyzes the environment that surrounds business education institutions and what specific actions in terms of institutional management, pedagogical strategies and educational models can be taken by the educational leaders in order to match those tendencies. Finally, the paper presents an integrated business education model composed of programs and strategies responsive to the widely changing demands of the society and industry.
