Volume 10: 2015, pp. 21-58; ABSTRACT
While many business schools offer short-term study abroad in China programs these days, the literature lacks specific content development and related curriculum design for these related courses. We present a framework in this paper to show the latest fundamental topics about doing business in/with China. As China is enormously different and complicated in nature yet the country is still evolving quickly, we trust the article provides a rigorous academic framework to help faculty members organize, plan, and conduct a high quality credit-carrying short-term China study abroad course. Moreover, the content presented in the paper provides a good starting point for further discussions on best practice curriculum development for similar programs.
