Submissions are invited including education research and empirical papers, case studies, lecture articles, opinion pieces, reviews, and teaching strategies on International Business education. and related subjects.

The journal is rated at level 2 in the CABS Academic Journal Guide 2021, and in the Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals 2019. JIBE information is listed in Cabell's Directory. Article titles/authors/abstracts are listed in EBSCO databases as well as j-Gate in India, CNKI in China, and now on SCOPUS.
